Did you know that Val di Fiemme is the cradle of Italian cross-country skiing and one of the most outstanding Nordic ski regions in the world? Yes, and our village Anterivo is right in the heart of it. Here you will find a cross-country ski run directly in the village (if there are good snow conditions) and several of them close by, where you can enjoy the unique winter landscape. For example, in the Centro del Fondo "Masi di Calvalese" or on the Lavazèpass at 1800 m. The cross-country stadium in Lago di Tesero, which was the venue for the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1991 and 2003, is also a popular meeting place for those who love cross-country skiing!
