Price lists

The Prices are per person and day including gourmet half board with breakfast buffet and 4 – course dinner.

• The price includes the use of the Waldheim Spa with indoor pool and sauna area. Furthermore, in your room you’ll find soft bathrobes, bath slippers and a wellness bag with sauna and pool towels you may use during your stay.

• Bed & Breakfast. For bed & breakfast we deduct 12,00 € from the half-board price

• Meals: Unfortunately, non-consumed meals cannot be reimbursed. We will be happy to provide a lunchbox instead.

• The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (from 01.01.2024: 2,50 € per day and person above 14 years of age)

• Children under 2 years: Cot included 10,- €

• Kids from 3 to 5 years: 29,00 € per day

• Kids from 6 to 8 years: 37,00 € per day

• Kids from 9 to 14 years: 43,00 € per day

• Kids from 14 years and above: Extra bed with 15% discount

• Pets (on demand)

Extra bed in double room
The third person in a double room receives a discount of 10% on the applicable price.

Supplement double room for single use
Lagorai and Trudner Horn rooms as single rooms: surcharge of 30€ per day.

Payment
Please pay cash on site. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer, Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or EC-Card.

Arrival
On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 14.00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure
On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 10:30 clock.

Late Check Out
For room use until the evening of the departure day (only upon request and subject to availability) we charge 30,- € per person without dinner (you can stay till 18:00 o'clock) and 55,- € per person including dinner (you can stay till 21:00 o'clock). This fee includes the use of the Waldheim Spa.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

• You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.

• If you cancel between 30 and 15 days (included) before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed total price.

• If you cancel between 15 and 8 days (included) before arrival, we charge 60% of the agreed total price.

• For cancellations less than 8 days prior to arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed total price.

• In case of failure to make use of the booked room for the agreed period without a cancellation, you are required to pay 100% of the total price.

• In case of an early departure oder late arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed total price.

With reservation you agree to the general terms and cancellation conditions of our current price list.

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.
